I bought two gift cards. 9 days in advance I scheduled an in home massage for 1 pm and wrote "any time is fine".
Monday afternoon I got an email saying to go online and reschedule. They do NOT have an actual scheduling tool like every hairdresser etc does. I rescheduled two additional times for a Monday to no avail. After I complained about their service and lack of technology someone said they "would look into it" and offer other dates.
That was 3 weeks ago. I already spent $150 and got nothing but frustration.
No one has responded to several requests for a refund. Good luck.
