Terrible massage

I went to We massage as a walk in and she said ok. I want one hour.

Room was so dark” I couldn’t see. She said undress and cover with this. It was like a silk towel. She started the massage and it was like she was mad...

she pushed , prodded, pulled , and poked me all like a chicken in a hen house. What the *** then the silk towel started to fall off and she yelled We no do that here I will quit! I think she don’t want business. I was laughing and shook my head.

Well, I’ll never be back.

I never has had such a terrible massage in all my life! This lady needs to quit or get a lesson in massage.

Bought vouchers but cant use them up. Normally get a message the day before saying they could not connect with a therapist. There customer service is beyond terrible. Buyer beware!

99% sure its a scam

I ordered a gift certificate from Groupon for my dad for Christmas in 2016. I've been trying to schedule a massage for him SINCE THEN.

We own our own company, so our schedules are pretty flexible. I requested "ANY DAY ANY TIME" (for a home-location) for a couples massage massage, but still no confirmation. I tried to update the request about ten different times and still no confirmation. I dropped the request from two therapists down to one, but still no confirmation.

I have received no emails at all, with any attempt at an actual scheduled date/time.

How does this company still exist?!? I can't possibly imagine that it is legitimate.

It happened to me to..they send me massage that there very sorry for the delay and the what me to rebook..this is to much 3 times already they what me to rebook my appointment and the costumer service is always busy..every day every hr i try to call them but still no one answer the phone...avoid this company

I bought two gift cards. 9 days in advance I scheduled an in home massage for 1 pm and wrote "any time is fine". Monday afternoon I got an email saying to go online and reschedule. They do NOT have an actual scheduling tool like every hairdresser etc does. I rescheduled two additional times for a Monday to no avail. After I complained about their service and lack of technology someone said they "would look into it" and offer other dates. That was 3 weeks ago. I already spent $150 and got nothing but frustration. No one has responded to several requests for a refund. Good luck.

I bought a Groupon Voucher for 4 massages, attracted by the prospect of being treated at home. My first two in-home massages went smoothly, although having to provide so many options for preferred dates and times rather than just simply booking an availabile therapist was a hassle, and seemed a back-to-front way of doing things. Despite providing lots of options for my remaining 2 massages, it took more than 3 months for We Massage to find a suitable therapist. The day before my massage appointment, I paid the service charges online - but on the day of the massage I was informed the therapist had 'had a personal matter' and my booking was cancelled. I requested a refund of my prepayment two weeks ago, and despite several emails and phone calls to follow up I have had no response. Extremely unhappy with being ignored and unsure how to get my money back!

I think I purchased this Groupon back in October it's been so long now... I tried booking the 1st time in December & it gave me the run around...I thought it was because of Christmas and so I let it slide and thought I'll just wait until after New Year's let everybody get settled and calmed down from all the excitement... I didn't even think about it again until mid January so I have tried to book... they kick it back...I'd try again... they'd kick it back... I even wrote them "Details" or whatever they call it in that message box I told them that I am very flexible... I work from home, so I told them I'm available whenever please just tell me when & I'll be here... & I got NUTHIN...sooo...I tried AGAIN & made myself even clearer...I don't know how much clearer I can be...but...in the message box I said..."I have a VERY open schedule...I wotk from home so I'm available from 9am - midnight... if you just tell me when is good for you OR you...give me three different days & times & I'LL PICK ONE...BAYUM...easy as that...Guess it wasn't easy as that...they never even responded...K so I thought to mah'self "maybe that was just too much for them to handle"? So I thought 1 more try...this time go SIMPLE...so in the message box I wrote "I'm very free anytime from 9 a.m. until midnight whatever is easiest for you I will deal with PLEASE just schedule me a time so we can get this done...guess what folks? NOTHING!!! I have been calling every single day of course their customer support is helping other customers "constantly" (they must have a lot of customers) I've left messages...LOTS & LOTS... this last message I left I I asked them if there was a better number that they could be reached at & if they didn't give me a call back today that I would call the Better Business Bureau to see if they had that phone number... So we'll see...

Dear wemassage.ca, if you don't have anyone then don't pretend you are a company. Have you ever heard anyone trying to book a massage for 4 months and got 6 cancellation emails?? I have been trying to book a massage since last Dec last year can you believe that??? After 3 months of trying I required a refund and of course they just pretended they didn't see the Email and never ever reply me. No one answer the their customer service phone 24/7 .This company is a total BS!! What a rip off! I have paid $150 and got nothing but constant frustration!!! They just want your money, after that good luck! No service no booking no one answer the phone call. They must just have a robot to constantly sending cancellation emails to everybody. It's a scam company, I am surprised it is still running with all the bad reviews and their lies. Stay away! Far far away.

Groupon Massage Coupon Review

I was never able to book a massage either with the Groupon I bought. I made myself pretty available with choosing either the spa location or at my house. I would give a few dates and times, and I would always receive an email saying they couldn't accommodate my booking. I tried to rebook and never got one of the four masssages I should have received.

I bought a groupon for 3 massages in London ON and booked all 3 with a lead time of at least 3 weeks for the 1st one. NONE of my appts got booked and We Massage wasted my time and my benefits that are expiring at the end of the year. I tried calling numerous times and never got an agent nor a call back. I emailed and received BS standard email replies asking me to be more flexible with my dates. I booked THREE different dates over the course of 3 weeks.. How is that not flexible??? This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! They clearly have no idea how to execute their business plan. IF the company would have at least called me back, I wouldnt be so mad. My Lawyer will be handing this from here on in .

That's what it's likely happened to me too I've been booking and they always send me messages that they don't have nothing and be flexible with them that they taking their time to review my schedule but they don't have nothing for me yet I waste $59 nobody answer My questions they use throw the ball around I'm really pissed

I began trying to book a couples massage for January in October. 2 months later and I still do not have a confirmed booking and cannot reach a human being to speak to them. What a waste of time and energy. I booked thru groupon and although they were not able to help with the booking the did at least give me a full refund. Bottom line; Do not use wemassage. They suck. They will send you email after email making you think they are going to fulfill your order but it is just a stall tactic. You will never receive your massage and my guess is if you don't book with a 3rd party you will probably never receive a refund.

UTTER TRASH - DO NOT COME

This company is a joke. It's been well over three months since I purchased a deal off of Groupon and WeMassage has STILL not been able to provide me with a therapist. It is nearly impossible to book an appointment with them, they constantly apologize and ask for me to provide more "flexibile dates" - yet, after 3 months of back and forth corresponding, they have not only cancelled on me last minute without notice but been unable to successfully rebook an appointment. They also have refused to provide a full refund. Legal action will be sought. I must reiterate, as I am super frusturated with these guys -- THIS PLACE IS TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS.

What a total waste of time

Paid for two groupons, tried 11 times to book massages, signed up, wasted time on that, called them, made so many attempts to give them a chance to come, yet no massage after 3 months, and i live in the freaking city! Good to know it's a total waste of time, would not waste anymore on this stupidity, thanks for listening . I have been dealing with we massage for years, JUST trying to spend gift cards I bought to pay for the first appointment (3 for 1 deal back in 2014). I have had countless problems including cancellation the day before, not showing up day of WITHOUT notice of cancellation, hidden fees, lying about minimum massage lengths (I have had a 30 min one before, but now when I tried to book 45 min they changed it to 60 without reason and when I called them out on it and the extra cost for it they said it is 60 minimum. If that's the case WHY do they have options for 30 or 45 on their reservation page?), lack of communication, etc etc etc. I am so beyond done and would not have come back after the first time if I hadn't had prepaid gift cards for them. Bottom line, they are unprofessional and have no power over their therapists, it is just a third party company connecting customers with therapists and taking a chunk of money for it. If someone doesn't show up or doesn't "connect" to your booking they can't or won't do anything to help you.
