We Massage Groupon Massage Coupon Review from Winnipeg, Manitoba
I have been trying for over a month to book an appointment. I purchased a groupon for 6 massages.
I have tried to book daytime, evening and even weekend appointments without success. I have even but in the comment section that I am avaliable any time during the day or evening. This company doesn't respond to questions or comments. I am in the process of trying to get my money back from groupon.
From the comments on this site even if someone does get a massage it doesn't seem like it was worth it. I guess this groupon was too good to be true.
I think this is what this company wants us to do give up. It looks like this was a scam, hopefully Groupon sees these reviews and does something about this company.

EXPECT TO BE FLEECED
this is a booking SERVICE that then hires professional therapists telling them the fee is $80 per hour, which is the low end of the standard for a legitimate LMT/RMT in most cities to make the trip to your home lugging their equipment, set up, provide an excellent hour massage, and then take it all with them and drive to the next. The therapist has all the work, the insurance liability cost, extra time for driving and laundry, and so on.
WeMassage is just a BOOKING COMPANY that sells massage time but because they undercut pricing so dramatically to make the sales they cannot find quality therapists willing to do the work for what little of the fee is actually paid to the therapists--who are taking ALL the risk and doing ALL the work.
BOTTOM LINE: EXPECT YOUR GREED TO GET YOU BURNED. Just Google a good therapist (or use ABMP.COM to find a licensed, insured pro) in your area and treat them well for the hard work they do for you.
- No actual employees to provide service sold
Preferred solution: become an honest company that actually has VERIFIED EMPLOYEES to delivery what they sell

It IS extremely low pay. Packing up and setting up twice is 30 of time plus travel.
I went to one place that was looking for 2 therapist. It was not in the area advertised. It was a rusty trailer very old. It was in the middle of no where.
no phone service. It had a long drive way, burned out buildings along the way. There was no room for 1 therapist much less two. I went because the money was excellent.
there is no way they could have afforded it. I had a bad feeling driving out. Which I tried to dismiss. I'm not a nervous person normally.
When I got there and saw the place I left. I was very shaken. I truly feel like I would not of come out alive. I let the company know on the emergency number.
No one ever got back to me and I see he is still looking. Super scary

Cheating company, wasted time and money
I purchased a groupon for the in-house couple massage. For myself and my husband.
Sounded like a great deal. However, it never happened! They could not send anyone to my home, though the schedule was in tact! Terrible management.
Seems like this company is just collecting money to benefit of this free loan.
So, here we are waiting for the therapists, but about few hours before that appointment I get an email - they could not find a therapist. Scheduling was long enough to get it done, and if you can't, don't sell the services, for you disappoint people and prove you unprofessionalism.

Preferred solution: If you are not a massage therapy company stop selling appointments for a service you can not personally supply
ONE HUGE SCAM! DON'T DO IT!

I called Groupon, yesterday. It took some arguing, but they refunded my money back to me since the company would not accommodate my requests.
I had the same issues, you did.
Call Groupon and tell them you want the fund put back on your card, and you will escalate the issue or file a complaint with the BBB if they don't refund what was paid.
Hope this helps!
